What I have shed
If your feed is anything like mine, I’m guessing that you have been flooded for months by astrologers on the transition we’re making from the wood snake to the fire horse in Chinese astrology.
The exact shift happened earlier this week, but the energies of the transition have been whirling around for the past few months.
The Wood Snake helped us shed what no longer serves us. Now, the Fire Horse is here to set intentions with rapid speed. If you have ever ridden a horse that decides to go as it pleases, you know the best you can hope for is to stay in the saddle. Instead of shouting or falling off, you hold on tight and get laser-focused. This is the energy of the moment.
If you are still living from a place of stress, this is also the time to do the work necessary for your nervous system. The words “nervous system” are more than buzzwords. We aren’t just watching the old world change; we are developing the nervous system capacity to outrun the chaos and lead the way into what’s next.
The Fire Horse moves fast; if our nervous systems aren't regulated, we’ll feel the turbulence.

Human Design for Animals: Yes, you read that correctly! All living beings have a design, even plants and insects. I have deep-dived into the design of mammals, and it has profoundly deepened my understanding of our connection to Mother Earth.
A Shift in Connection: I am also officially done with social media in my business. I have deleted my Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, as I am finished sharing my work for likes and comments to be picked up by the algorithms. This newsletter is now our primary home. I trust that those meant to work with me will always find their way here.

The Bridge to 2027
Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing Human Design insights again. These are pivotal times as we navigate the "bridge year" leading into the 2027 global shift.
Luckily, Saturn has recently moved from Pisces into Aries. In astrology, Saturn represents structure and discipline. Moving from the watery, nebulous dreams of Pisces into the fiery, assertive action of Aries marks a massive shift in how we build our lives. We are moving past illusions and into the fire of initiation.
