Why I no longer do Human Design readings
As the year moves into a new season, my offers are evolving. My work as a Soul Alignment Guide means working from a mind-body-spirit-soul perspective. This also means that I no longer do Human Design readings.
Here is the reason why.
From Readings to Transformation: A Shift in My Approach
When I started doing gift sessions in Human Design, I was still a Human Design student. The gift sessions gave me so much value as a student, and hopefully also to those lovely souls who had readings with me.
In a reading, we look at your chart in a more technical way. This was great in terms of learning all the bits and pieces on a detailed level.
In my experience, having a reading will leave you with a lot of insights in the form of mental knowledge, but with little or no integration in your everyday life.
After around 30 readings, I could feel inside of me that something was not sitting right with me anymore. How could I continue to give value to those I worked with if I stopped doing readings?
Why Human Design and Astrology Alone Were Not Enough
When we get insights into a subject of any kind, we often feel really inspired at first. If you think back to your latest workshop at your workplace, your latest lecture at school, or your latest YouTube video on your playlist, can you remember the feeling of having learnt something new and exciting?
And if you are like me, isn’t it also true that a week or so after, whatever inspired you has already faded?
Insights without integration can for sure be very inspiring, but in the end, are soon forgotten. We have slowly gone back to our old routines.
As I personally transformed over the summer, I could tell that my offers had to undergo some sort of transformation as well.
I am here to guide you through your transformation, and this cannot be done in a single reading. It can also not be done by only looking at your charts in Human Design and Astrology, and telling you that “this is how you operate”.
I long for you to take away what resonates with you and activate your own driving force, not just me telling you about it.
Soul Alignment: A Holistic Path Forward
Soul Alignment is honouring our inner wisdom, embracing it, and living it.
It is mind-body-spirit-soul-work.
While a reading is just a reading: Me showing you your chart in Human Design and/or in Astrology, and letting you know about how many nitty-gritty details I manage in an hour, hopefully without overwhelming you.
In Soul Alignment, I continue to use Human Design and Astrology. They are still a huge part of my basis for guiding you. These charts metaphorically give you the directions, your kind of vehicle, and what fuel source you work best on. We honour not only your inner seasons, but also nature’s cycles and seasons. It is deep work, together, and over time.
In the work we do together, I emphasize integration, transformation, and practices that actually support a change in you.
Soul Alignment does not happen overnight. Having someone to work with you over time is what best supports your transformation, from my personal experience.
What This Change Means for You
My vision for you is to experience a deeper, more personal, and holistic approach to your personal development. From simply having a reading to becoming a more active participant in your own development, getting to know yourself on a deeper level, one session at a time.
And if you fear that your whole life will be turned upside down after our work together, I tell you to fear not. You can still have the same job, the same partner, and the same house.
You can, however, feel more aligned in your everyday life and routines. You can have a solid ground to walk on. You can take your decisions from a centered place. You have the potential to feel fulfilled. You can move from feeling lost or stuck in a rut to feeling confident in your decisions and next steps.
