Gate 64 - The Gate of Confusion

September is here, the first month of fall in the Northern Hemisphere, and the sun continues to move through the mandala. Today, the sun stops at gate 64, the gate of confusion. This gate is located in our crown chakra, and with that gate follows a deep desire to know what has happened and to make sense of the past.

Have you ever found yourself going over and over the empty spots in your memory? You feel confused and cannot make sense of what happened? These are some of the characteristics of this gate. 

Rest in knowing that clarity will come at the end of this confusion. You will be able to visually find patterns by figuring out the “how”. And when this moment comes, you might say “aha!” out load. Epiphanies come from this gate. 

When you are in alignment with yourself, this gate will make you feel relaxed and safe, because you will see how everything is connected. On the other hand, on the shadow side, you might not trust your ways of thinking, so you follow others, you misinterpret situations, or you avoid sharing your truth.

Let yourself stop worrying about the how and stop rushing to find the answer. Clarity will come if you allow yourself to let go of the mental pressure to figure it out instantly.
