Gate 45 - The Gate of the Gatherer

Located in our throat chakra, we find gate 45, the Gate of the Gatherer. Its voice is “I have…”. 

Imagine a king on his throne, who is the patriarch in the community with access to wealth and resources. There is a possibility that this king is generous and shares his knowledge with the community, but there is also a chance when living in the shadow that this king becomes egotistic, cheap, or selfish. 

When the sun enters this gate, we get access to attributes within us that focus on uniting the community towards a joint goal. What is best for the most? How can I gather the resources this community needs?

This is a gate of great confidence: “Back off, people, I am here to lead this show. Me, myself, and I.” 

There will be no work done by the king, except for telling others what to do. This king does not get his hands dirty.

Bear in mind that you, as the king, can become a show-off, arrogant, or overly dominant unless you take a step back and trust that you will be asked to lead the right people at the right time. 

Get your ego in balance. Find your leadership style from a place of generosity.
