Gate 39 - The Gate of Provocation

Welcome to the land of Provocation, where the provocateur thrives the most.

Gate 39 is the gate of provocation and is placed in our root chakra. If you are born between July 1st and 7th, this is your sun gate on the personality side, and you might have been told by others that “you sure know how to provoke me!” 

There is a natural drive to provoke others, but doing so with a cheeky smile and a glimpse of sparks in the eyes. The provocation is not intended to hurt others, but to get them to connect more deeply with whatever goes on in their lives. 

When we provoke, also check in energetically on how much provocation the other person can take. On the gift side of this gate, we look at ourselves in the mirror first before we start provoking others. And on the shadow side, we do the exact opposite, and encourage others before we take a good look at ourselves and our flaws first. 

The gate of provocation also brings in the energy of thinking solutions in new ways. The creative solutions that emerge are much needed today, so keep’em coming!

If you find yourself stuck in a situation, and you keep insisting on doing things like you always have, you might be on the shadow side of this gate. Remember that "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". 

And if you are contemplating what to do next whilst you are snacking and stress eating, know that this unhealthy habit also can come from gate 39.

You have the possibility of shifting others to abundance with the energy from this gate. And when you do so, you can let go of any drama created on the way.
