Gate 54 - The Gate of Drive

New Year’s Eve, according to the Gregorian calendar, has been celebrated across the globe, but from a Human Design perspective, we have not ended the cycle of the year yet. 

Today, the sun moves into gate 54 in the root center, known as the Gate of Drive. 

This gate is a mysterious gate with a drive to climb the ladder of both material wealth and spirituality. 

There is a high ambition in this gate; this ambition also includes bringing others along. On the gift side, you have the entrepreneurial spirit in this gate who want to serve others and have material success at the same time. On the shadow side, you might end up empty, burned-out, or over-ambitious. 

Ask yourself: Are you forcing yourself to have success? Or are you using your drive and ambition for the greater good?

If you find yourself more on the shadow side of this gate than the gift side, take a step back and ground yourself. Focus on one of your ideas at a time and redefine what success looks like for you.
