Gate 1 - The Gate of Self-Expression

When we enter gate 1, the gate of self-expression, we also enter the most creative gate in the bodygraph. 

This gate consists of pure yang energy and comes with a drive to create. Some call this gate The Original because of the uniqueness that might be expressed when on the gift side.

It is located in the Identity center, the G center, and has an on/off energy that comes naturally when not forced. 

If you have this gate defined in your bodygraph already, do you use the creativity that comes with it to express yourself through knitting, dancing, painting or singing? When you are on the gift side of this gate you have the possibility to express yourself in an authentic way through creativity. You might also inspire others to self-express in their unique way.

On the shadow side of this gate, you might want to force yourself to be creative. If you mentally try to force the creative drive out of this gate, you will not be able to connect with your own uniqueness. 

Ask yourself: Do you know how to best express yourself? What can you let go of to truly be yourself?

This gate is in the Astrological sign of Scorpio, so use this season to let go of anything that stops you from being your unique self.
